    Hi

I did not realise that the license that I purchased was for one domain only. I have built two sites using this template but both on the same development domain. Now I went to move one of the sites to its actual domain to put it live however when it is transferred the screen is blank – I assume it is because I did not realise I could only use this template for one domain.

Could you please advise how I can resolve this?

Do I need to purchase the template again and install again on the new domain? If I do this can I transfer the site that I have already built to the new template??

    Hello,

Please give us FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content for the domain you have problems with.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Could you please specify what site exactly you are editing?
I’ve just checked all url’s and each site is working.
Where do you see a blank page?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

We need to see the issue. So please move files to the new domain and give us wp-admin panel and FTP credentials for the new site.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve just tried to switch themes from woopress to twenty fifteen via FTP renaming the folders and Twenty Fifteen theme isn’t working too. So the problem may be related either to WordPress or to your hosting provider. We recommend you to check error logs of the site on a server. There should be some notices why site isn’t loading.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

there are no errors in the error log.

it is not a server issue as we are using this template successfully on this server with another website which you have the details for so you can check.

it is not a wordpress issue as we are using wordpress without any issues on other sites – which you have the details for

… so what is the issue??

    Hello,

There is Internal Server Error in Chrome console of your site:
    http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/1022/h_1445512354_7326490_44be49e14e.png

This is related to server configuration. So you need to ask your hosting provider to investigate this issue. Also you can try to change theme renaming the folders in wp-content/themes directory. You’ll see site isn’t working with other themes too, so the problem isn’t related to our theme.

Also seems like all changes I’m trying to make to the site files, aren’t taking effect. For example I tried to change database name in wp-config.php file, so your site should display error “Can’t establish database connection”, but there wasn’t any error.

Did you create a new database for a new site? You should use new database and just import database back up from your old site.

Sorry, this issue is related to hosting provider, not to the theme.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
