  Hi, I will develop a test website on my server (not a localhost) and then when I’m finished, I’ll move it to my client’s server.
  Is it ok to do that with the same license?

  And will I be able to keep this “test website” active for future tests? Even after the migration for my clients server?

  Yes, you can use your website on your test domain and live one also at the same time.
