  I am having trouble activating the license and would be glad if you reset it

  According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project!) –
  https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard In case you are working on different projects you need to purchase more licenses.
