Licence conflict - by tomcat75 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    x-store-theme does not work anymore!
    Although in theme-dashboard I find “Your theme is activated! Now you have lifetime updates, top-notch 24/7 live support and much more.”, below there is this message:

    “One standard license is valid only for 1 website. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation. When moving a site from one domain to another please deactivate theme first.”

    I am not runnig this theme on other website!

    It is standard message. I do not see any problem with your purchase code.
    Please describe what exactly doesn’t work correctly.
    Also, http://prntscr.com/l6mui7 contact your hosting provider to increase Max execution time.

    Hi,
    max-execution-time is at 300. Look for yourself (1. link in private content).
    The problem is, after core-update all product thumbnails disappeared! (second link)

    That solved the thumbnail problem.
    But core-update deleted also navigation and product-grid. I´m not able to find the right settings. Please compare running store with test-site (link)

    XStore 5.0 is major update and we have changed a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ including theme styles.
    Please go to Theme Options > Shop > Shop page Layout > Products view mode > Grid/List.

    Name of Product (single product) is replaced by the term product-information. (link)

    Go to XStore > Theme Options > Single Product > Move product name to breadcrumbs > choose Off.

    Hello,

    If you face a problem with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized.
    Make sure you placed translation files into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po, xstore-de_DE.mo) http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
    Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect translation or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

    I´m using Loco translate and all files are synchronized. But I don´t find translation-file for “categories” and “share”.
