Hi,

We try to add our license key to our second (temporary) development server.

We have the following message :
”
You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.
”

The license is actually only activated (1 activation) on the first development server.

So it doesn’t work on our second and seems it will not work.
How to fix this ?

Hi Olga,

Thanks it works.

However this website is temporary.
Is there a way to unregistered activation theme on a website and register to another website later.

We are trying to convert a e-commerce website to a WordPress with Xstore.
We create several copy of wordpress website during migration to check if everything is fine.
We may activate 5 more times (products import/export testing) the theme but only have 2 active website (2dev during testing and 1dev-1prod after testing).

Should I expect this to happen again ?

Hi,

There is a limit on activations that can’t be just disabled. Just contact us once you reach the limit next time and we will help you.

Hi,

We are going to migrate. (and required a full installation)
Can you confirm, I can still activate the licence or can you delete the activation form the subdomain ending with “2dev” ?
