    Hello,

Our theme doesn’t have “Sold out” badge, only “Sale”.
Concerning the “continue to checkout” button please provide wp-admin panel and FTP credentials.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

As I see you modified theme files.
We recommend to make all changes in child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes as after theme update you’ll lose all changes.
Please specify what theme version are you using now?

Also you should update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Can you please tell me why that was displayed publicly? It should not have been.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we can’t know, perhaps you made a mistake and posted the info in public post section instead of private.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
