Legenda update problem - by robuto - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi ,

    When i try to update my website with the legenda theme, my webpage stays white and the menu doesn’t work anymore. So i can’t update my theme.

    It stranges because my page on wordpress stays the same, but the page stays white.(no text and no pictures)

    I have the same problem with the visual composer update, i don’t know how can i resolve these update problem.

    Hello,

    Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
    Also make backup of the site and we’ll try to update.

    Hi, i am sorry i am not native english can you explain me what do you mean by “Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.”

    WP admin = admin access to wordpress?

    FTP credentials = FTP access to the website ? I can’t give these access there all my websites..

    Hello robuto,

    you are right. To help you with this problem we need admin login, admin password and
    FTP address, FTP login and FTP password for your installation.
    Here is explanation about FTP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_Transfer_Protocol
    We recommend you to enter those credentials in ‘Private Content’ field.

    Yes, we need admin access to wordpress.
    Please create a separate FTP account for us and give access only to one web site.
