it would appear to be something to do with the w3 total cache plugin, can you guys help determine what exactly?
it does not look a massive deal better when disabled but it is better, the layout still looks pretty shabby on a mobile device.
Hello,
You had enabled the option “Disable responsive content elements” in wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > General Settings. I’ve disabled it.
Please clear browser and server cache and check your site now.

Hi
thanks for the reply but it`s not made the site look any better,it looks terrible on a mobile device, over sized boxes ect. nearly all of it (the home page at least) just doesn’t fit on the page when viewed on a mobile.
Also the scrolling on the home page (using a mobile (galaxy s6) is horrendous,it bumps the user to the bottom of the page, then i have to manually scroll up using the screen because the sidebar does nothing. then when i eventually get back to the top the menu button is doing nothing.
its an absolute mess. 🙁
I just spent a day with trial and error to get this right. I am also using Legenda theme. It has to do with minification of CSS and JS. Here are the settings that worked for me to make the site as fast as possible without breaking the mobile responsiveness:
HTML MINIFICATION:
Check enable
check inline JS minification
check line break removal
all others off
JS MINIFICATION
Check enable
all others off
CSS MINIFICATION
do not enable. Any combination here will break the responsiveness.
Another option is to set minification to “manual” in general settings and then add the JS and CSS files one by one, clear the cache, check, add the next one, etc. until you figure out which file is the problem. This could take hours. If anyone does it and finds which JS and CSS files to remove from minification please let me know.
