Layout with Visual Composer not working - by Annh

After update: Home page that has looked the same forever, and now this new page, doesn’t apply the Row settings from Visual Composer.

Even if there are 3 columns backend, it is placed far left after saving.

Visual Composer version: 4.11.2.1
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer: 1.3

Hello,

Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/3/ https://www.8theme.com/faq/ (How to update plugins included in theme?).
Then provide us with temporary wp-admin access and link to the page.

Hi, please take a look again. I still have the same problem! Also -since the problem “bounced back” i updated to WPBakery 5.5.4, and now I can not update any pages. Backend I get code view, and when I use the visual editing rows are blank and so on… See linked images.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t check the Plugins section in your Dashboard so make sure that you use the latest version of Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer (3.16.25v).

Hi again, I saw your links and it really confused me since they look nothing like what I get. But it got me thinking and switching from Safari 11.1.2 to Chrome 68.0.3440.106 solved the problem! Can that really be the case -that the new WP pagebuilder is not compatible with Safari?

Thanks for letting us know.
This looks like WPBakery Page Builder plugin specific issue, therefore it is harder for us to find the issue and fix it. Please use Chrome browser to edit the content of pages.
