we are currently using the theme legenda. before wordpress was updated automatically it looked like a widescreen layout and all menu items along with rev slider and everyaspect used to stretch across the screen . now it appears as if its become a boxed layout. even though the layout setting is on wide. please check on the issue .

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello

You are using an outdated theme version.
Please see video tutorial how to update theme:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
Also the same process is for updating plugins (wp-content/plugins).
You may find plugins at https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Hello,

Sorry, but it can’t be updated via wp-admin panel, only via FTP. Please follow the instruction from video tutorial.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The reason is you don’t have license keys for some plugins that’s why they can be downloaded from the page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and you have to update such plugins via FTP.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
