Layout mess up, desktop seems like mobile and mobile seems like desktop

Hi there, on the first page of my store, it opens like if it was on mobile, with the ajax toggle for the categories in the browsers chrome and braves, firefox seens fine… but when i shrink it on firefox, it doesnt change to mobile too. Seems an issue with breakpoints. How do I fix this?

Hello,

If you resize the browser don’t forget to reload the page.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

yep, I’m using litespeed cache plugin. I think I’ve fixed it by excluding the url “petbond.com.br/loja” from the cache plugin. Any advice about that? Ty Rose!

Try to contact the support of that plugin
Litespeed plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme, so we can’t assist you, unfortunately.
