Layout issues on Dreamwall.dk (mobile + pages)

    I am experiencing layout issues on my website Dreamwall.dk.

    On the mobile version, there is a visible gap/spacing between the top menu and the content below it on all pages. I don’t understand how this has appeared, but it looks wrong.

    On the Customer Service page, the menu is displayed twice, and I cannot remove the duplicate no matter what I try.

    In general, there is too much spacing between the breadcrumbs and the page content below them. This gap should be much smaller.

    Could you please help me identify the cause and fix these layout problems?

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    I have disabled all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore, cleared the cache, and tested again. Unfortunately, the layout issues are still present:

    On the mobile version, there is still a visible gap between the top menu and the page content.

    On the Customer Service page, the menu is still displayed twice.

    There is still an unusually large space between the breadcrumbs and the page content below them.

    Since disabling plugins did not resolve the problem, it seems to be related to the theme or one of the included plugins. Could you please investigate further or let me know what adjustments are needed in the theme settings to fix this?

    We would like to inform you that the spacing issue observed on your shop page is related to the top section margins you have configured, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4XLAq6-2wlZU. We understand the reasoning behind adding such spacing, especially since the “Header Overlap” option is currently enabled on your website: https://prnt.sc/kSvOylQ5Bj2A.

    However, when this setting is active, it is important to ensure that the margin values are responsive across different screen sizes. At the moment, the same margin values are being applied to smaller devices, which may affect the layout: https://prnt.sc/PKz5jh1qLcUW.

    As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling the “Header Overlap” option and reviewing the layout of your pages throughout the website. If you wish to maintain the overlap style exclusively on the homepage, you can create multiple headers and assign the overlap header only to the homepage.
