Just a quick warning, the latest visual composer update 4.5.1 broke my website.

8 Theme you need to look into this, do you guys adjust this update or is the update as is from the devloper?

Not good when updates break your website and this is the second time that an update from Visual Composer has messed about with my website!

    Hello,

Please create a back up of your site and database and update all plugins to the latest versions as well as WordPress.
We don’t update plugins as we aren’t their developers. The plugins are always updated by their authors.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

I just told you I updated to the latest Visual Composer and it broke my website, error messages in the header and white screen!?

As this plugin comes bundled with your theme you need to make it works! it has nothing to do with wordpress as I only installed visual composer 4.51

You need to go back to the developer of visual composer or stop adding these free plugins to get customers to buy your theme!

A lot of people will be using your theme on live websites and can’t afford for them to break! before releasing a plugin update you should fully test it!

This theme of yours always has issues, I can’t afford to spend all my time restoring my website and going off line.

You guys often become ignorant of issues like on my other topics by saying there is no problem when there is, this is insulting.

Time to get in touch with Olga again

    Hello,

    Please take our apologies.
We have updated Visual Composer on our test sites and haven’t seen any issues. All sites are working fine without any errors.
You can enable debug mode in wp-config.php file http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress and check your site for any errors or warnings that may cause issues.
Could you please specify or show screenshot what error messages you were getting?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
