    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

it seems that the problem is mainly at the home page.
and it is fixed once it is deactivated from the xstore core

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @Cr3atorf1lm,

The issue you encountered was caused by an incorrect value set for the “Image Size” option, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/UG9tWG1IyH4r. As indicated in the description, the allowed values differ from the one that was entered, which led to the error.

We have now resolved the issue.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
