I’ve attempted to update to the lasted version of woopress multiple times now. Each time I update from 1.4 to 1.5 Rev slider no longer shows the slides, instead it’s just a Grey Square in-place of the slides and the site takes 3-4 times longer to load.

Reverting back to 1.4 fixes the above issues immediatly.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I’ve done all this already and Rev slider still no longer shows the slides, instead it’s just a Grey Square in-place of the slides and the site takes 3-4 times longer to load. I’ve even tried updating revslider again after updating Woopress. Still having the same issue.

I do not provide my admin creds to anyone. If you need to look at something I can certainly provide you with information. I am not a novice at this by anymeans.

    Hello,

We need to check what is causing the issue, so please give us access to wp-admin panel. Also you can try to disable 3rd-party plugins as some of them may be the reason of the problem.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I’ve been using the same plugins for half a year and they all work under 1.4 Woopress. What would you have changed in 1.5 that would cause a plugin conflict? That makes no sense. Also it’s an issues with Revslider and Woopress. Revslider is up to date and working just fine in 1.4. How could it be a plugin conflict when they all work with 1.4?
