  How do i get rid of the logo that says premium theme and insert my logo there? Also why isn’t the the bar appearing where people insert there emails appearing?

  To change that text you need add the page in wp-admin > Pages.
  To have newsletter form you need install MailChimp plugin http://www.zaylahs.com

  Hello

  You may try to move position of the menu with this code. :
  .menu-main-container {margin-left: 40px;}
  This code can be placed into the custom.css. How to create custom.css you may watch here.
