    Hello,
I used the following tutorial to create a tooltip in my shop:
    http://www.tippedjs.com/documentation – I used the “INLINE” example.

All workred great, but since a few updates of Royal, the tooltip doesnt work anymore. I tried some other tutorials, but none of them worked. So I am wondering if there could be any conflicts with the jquery version? Which version is used by Royal and do you have any suggestions how I could get the mentioned tutorial to work?

I would prefer if you would be able to help me wihtout me giving you my credentials because I would then have to explain a lot. Maybe you can test the tutorial in your test environment and let me know if it works.
Many thanks in advance and best wishes!

    Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for that customization because this not relevant to our theme.
    Thank you for understanding

Thanks for the answer, but your theme is the reason why this doesnt work as there seems to be a jQuery conflict. Maybe you could just tell me which jQuery version is used in Royal..

The Royal theme uses jQuery v1.11.2.
