    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
It is recommended but not required. If you have content on the site and run a full import, new pages, posts, menus, theme options, and so on will be added, but your pages/posts woun’t disappear.
I am not sure what problem do you mean, but you can import particular elements like here – https://prnt.sc/w12dec , or pages from different demos – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards

    Hello,

Make sure that you are using the latest versions of the theme and Core – https://prnt.sc/w14md9
Do you have any errors in the browser console?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards
