    Please HELP – I just started Valentine’s sale and my customers contacted me that it is not possible to ADD products into cart. I tried it logged in, logged out but it really doesn’t work.

    It is a HUGE problem now. It had last sale this morning and then NOTHING (I just updated WooCommerce yesterday – but no changes after that, after that last order..?)

    What it could be?

    Log in info in private content, thank you so much for prompt help,
    Kristyna

    So I deactivated plugin “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist” and it works now, but I do not have wishlist there. Is there any solution?

    Thank you, Kristyna

    Hello,

    There is compatibility bug with new version of Wishlist plugin and our theme.
    You can upload old plugin version via FTP. I’ve sent the plugin archive to your email address.

    A new fix will be implemented in the next theme update.
    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thank you,
    Kristyna

    Nope – it did not help – still without register link. My page “register” is in admin, looks OK, but not showing in header menu and neither in sign in page.

    Please help – my customers are not able to open new accounts :/

    Thank you,
    Kristyna

    Hi Olga,
    I just checked my page and went totally crazy – what you did with my website is absolutely intolerable! You destroy all the content and what my customers see when they come to my website, what a same! I have 50 new visitors per day and I don’t even wanna know how many order I lost because you totally messed it up. You changed menus and it did not make sense…

    I just corrected, what a pity it was wrong for couple of days.

    I saw you just add new account menu, I don’t understand what takes you SO LONG to solve it??? More than 12 days to make account menu…

    Ok, thank you for your help…

    PLEASE – correct that broken blog side panel asap! When you scroll down you will see the mess 🙁 Widgets are under posts, not in side bar.
    Thank you.

    The wishlist doesn’t work!
    And when I add to cart when on the individual product page using google chrome, it just hangs.

    Hi – try to turn off wish list plugin, this is how I solved it couple days ago. There is a bug in template. OR update your theme to the newest version.

    Hello.
    Please clarify what kind of widgets were placed to the right sidebar and now changed their positions. Do you mean 2 widgets(instagram and achivments) should be at the right side of the blog page?

    With best regards

    Hello @BrownLeopard,

    The reason is your sidebar is longer than blog page content, that’s why last widgets are spread under the page content. You need decrease your sidebar or try to use this code in style.css of your child theme:

    ul.si_feed_list {
    width: 300px !important;
    }

    div#text-8 {
    width: 30%;
    float: right;
    }

    div#text-10 {
    width: 30%;
    margin-left: 800px !important;
    }

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
