1/ Woocommerce > Status > Logs shows an error in 3rd party plugin – https://prnt.sc/RMuDUJQCrCe4 Please disable the mentioned pluign and contact their support.
2/ Wocommerce > Status > Logs > shows memory error – https://prnt.sc/qgzCLiwkI0Wo Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/ and contact your hosting provider to solve this.
3/ Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version (8.3.19).
