Isuues with demo content after update theme to 3.8.1

Hi,8theme.
After update theme to 3.8.1 we have missed widgets and demo content.Well as before the update was empty header left user menu modules and all shop sidebar widgets. Also Try to install NovaPoshta&WooCommerce plugins, but plugins don’t work and we must rename wp-content/themes/ileanastore/woocommerce/checkout/form-billing.php to form-billing1.php
Another question with Russian translation. Translated files don’t working, what right name and folder of language files?

Hello,

What way have you used to update theme FTP or Setup Wizard? Had you before update the child theme?
Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope.
Place file with translation into languages folder /wp-content/themes/xstore/languages (ru_RU.po and ru_RU.mo). Please, also, read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#translation

Hi, 8theme
We speaking about theme header menu and footer. Not about Plugins 😉
Here Russian translation please add to next theme update. We can’t create header left menu, and footer tags widget very long.

Hello,

1) If you renamed theme folder and use any other name but not the xstore you should update theme manually via FTP and just copy all the files from xstore folder to your new theme folder with overwriting. Autoupdate removes your old theme folder and creates new xstore folder with new theme version. It means your old theme was deactivated and new xstore theme is activated. Activation of any new WP theme (even if you just rename the folder WP knows it like new theme) messes all the widgets. So, if you change theme folder name use the manual update.
Explain me in details what menu do you want to create at the left side of the header? Use widget area to add content into left side top bar http://prntscr.com/eilctr
We can do nothing with your Tag cloud, it displays all the tags you have. If you don’t like it you can remove the Tag Cloud widget from the footer widget area.

2) Use Loco Translate plugin to translate your theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ If you rename theme folder in wp-content/themes/ then you should also rename translation file using your new theme name, for example, languages/themes/ileanastore-ru_RU.mo
