Issues with vertical menu and product categories slider

Hello,

We have imported your demo – Grocery Market:
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/grocery-market

First issue is that the vertical menu is not showing. It opens on hover. In settings “Menu Action” is set to “Opened”.

Second issue is that we use “Product Categories” widget to show slider of of our categories but only first two categories images are OK. The other four categories images are square.

Can you help us solve this issues?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello,

Thank you! The menu is OK. Unfortunately, the categories images are still not OK. I have disabled the Crop option and regenerated thumbnails.

Can you help me solve this issue?
