Hi there! I’m creating an online shop for my customer and to my horror the recent updates did not fix any issues I had but instead made them worse. I hope you could help me with them so that the shop can be opened for business.

    I’m having the following problems:

    1) The single product page layout doesn’t change no matter how many times I change and save it in theme options. All content is aligned to the left side of the display on top of each other. Also some of the thumbnails below the main pic are not where they’re supposed to be. Only thing that remains on the right is one widget but even that is where it’s supposed to be (it’s supposed to be on top of the page as now it’s in the bottom).

    2) Products page is empty. All the functions that are supposed to be on this page are either not visible or are broken, like the search by price. I actually just updated both Woocommerce and IDstore for you guys to see the issue and now suddenly it works. But please take a look at this too in case there’s an old version of something somewhere and the working part is just a clitch.

I created you a user profile for the site, details are in the hidden content.

Quick addition: also the product categories seem to be messed up. When I click to see all products in the product category the link bounces into one prodcut.

    Hello,

The problem was caused by YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier plugin.
    I’ve disabled it.
    Please check your site now.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
