Hello I am hoping you can help, in the last 2 days the website gives an intermittent blank screen

can you advise on how I can resolve this – n updates have been carried so I am not sure why it is doing this. I would like to upgrade Royal Theme to the latest version but cannot get into my dashboard to do this – I login to try and deactivate some plugins but then it crashes me out

    can you advise?

    Thanks

Hello Eva, thanks for your quick response

The problem is intermittent and very frustrating! I have now upgraded to Worpress 46.1 and to Royal Theme version 2.8. I am still having the same issue and I am now having the additional issue with the Revolutin slider not working

Please can you have a lookagain and advise. Much appreciated

    Thanks

    Hello,

Slider is working now http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/1019/h_1476897528_1767422_a2e0b3f299.jpeg . Have you fixed the issue?
As for the blank page, ask your hosting provider support to check error logs if there are any errors.

Hello Eva, the problem is still there eg you may be able to go onto home page ok and then you click on about and you get the message “The requested URL /about/ was not found on this server.”

Or you get the template in an odd layout

There is one message on the error log which is as follows: mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. To avoid this warning set ‘always_populate_raw_post_data’ to ‘-1’ in php.ini and use the php://input stream instead. in Unknown on line 0, referer: http://www.fitterstronger.org/

I was wondering if I should create a new database and import the old database into it to see if it was a database problem – do you think this would help?

I believe you have fixed the slider issue – many thanks – what was the problem there?

many thanks for your help so far

    Hello,

I didn’t do anything with slider. I just opened the site and saw the slider was working. So I thought you had resolved the issue.

As for the blank page you can try to create a new database and import the old one, ask your hosting provider support to help you with it.
Also activate default WordPress theme and check if the same issue persists there too.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hello Eva, I have tried deatcivating all plugins and activating the default theme but the issue is still intermittent.

Also the issue with the Slide has returned (when royal theme is live) and this is the error message you recieve (intermittently)

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

    To fix it you can:
        1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
        2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

Can you advise what the issue may be. It is frustrating especially as this issue arose when I had changed nothing on the website.

Thanks for your help on this

    Rebecca

    Hello,

The issue with slider has been fixed. Please check.

If the problem with blank page persists with default WordPress theme too then it’s not related to our theme, you can contact WordPress support for further solutions.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
