Issues with theme and WPEngine - by amortenson

    Hi,

    I’m having issues with the theme and WPEngine. There’s a popup that wont go away when dismissed saying: “Copying to staging will overwrite any changes made recently to your staging site. Are you sure you want to do this?”

    Do you have a fix for this?
    Are there any known issues with WPEngine?

    WPEngine support mentioned this, when asked about it:
    “the CSS files that aren’t working, are in the WPEngine Common plugin, once the theme is enabled. This means that somewhere in the mix, most likely in the core files, the theme is updating something that is breaking the CSS of the plugin.”

    -We have installed your theme and it is hosted on WPEngine.com.
    -Have you had any known issues with this hosting company with any of your themes?

    Hello,

    We haven’t had such issues before with our themes.
    Please clarify with more details. Is that notification shown when you try to make some changes in the theme?
    Could you please show a screenshot and provide us with wp-admin panel credentials?
