    Hello,

I’m having the following issues with the template:

-Message: “Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!”

-How do I make use of the shortcodes?

-Google Map is not showing up on contact-us page

I’m also missing the Shop page.

Please help me on these issues.

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Sanjana Jhumun,

    1) you do not need keys to use plugins bundled with our theme, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer or other.
You can always download latest versions of bundled plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
In case you want to receive premium support from plugin developers – you need to buy that plugin.

    2) Shortcodes can be added to page content in page editor.
You can find full list here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/8_woopress_shortcodes

3)4) Please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content and we will fix that.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello Sanjana Jhumun,

this notification is just advertisement from plugin author. Activation key is not required for plugin’s work with our theme. You may skip it.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello Sanjana Jhumun,

as we can see – your site currently has Shop page. Are there any problems?
You can install ‘Coming Soon’ page in Dashboard > Theme options > Import/Export > ‘Coming soon’ > Install version.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

I’m not being able to install the coming soon page.

For the shop, the products are not showing up properly in the page.

    Hello,

The issue with templates import should be fixed now. Try to install Coming soon page again.
Also I’ve updated the theme to 2.4 version. Please check Shop page and clear browser cache before.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

It works well now. Thank you. Except for the following 2 persistent issues:

    – I am not being able to increase the maximum upload limit (I tried to contact my host provider, they told me that there are no restriction)

-I am not being able to change the permalink settings – I have to keep them on default ; the pages are not loading then.

Please help me on these issues.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It looks like .htaccess file processing is disabled in your web server configuration, that’s why permalinks don’t work. You need to contact your hosting provider support to analyze this issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I’ve contacted my hosting provider, they have told me that from their side, there is no restriction. I am not being able to solve this issue.

    Hello,

Please try to change permalinks with Twenty Fifteen theme. You’ll see the same issue there too. So the problem isn’t related to the theme, but to server configuration.

    Sorry.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
