    Hello,

I believe there may be a general issue with the Sales Booster features in the XStore Groceries demo. On my website, two key features are not displaying correctly:

    Product reviews are not displaying

The reviews are enabled in the theme options.

The customer review block does not appear on the product page or in the home widget section.

I attached a screenshot showing that the reviews section should be active, but it doesn’t appear.

Tiered discount not visible on product page

The discount (e.g., buy 3 items, get 5% off) is set up and works in the cart.

However, the discount offer does not show on the product page.

I’ve included a screenshot where the discount display is active, but it doesn’t appear to users browsing the product.

Both features are enabled in the XStore Sales Booster section. The theme and plugins are updated, and cache has been cleared.

Please assist in resolving these issues.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have activated the review feature for one of the products, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mR7I7S83_Eyg. As a result, the reviews are now visible: https://prnt.sc/BW_3uwGqIadw.

We kindly recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation for guidance on enabling product reviews globally or, alternatively, manually activating them for selected products as needed.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly follow up regarding your inquiry. Please note that we previously responded, explaining that the earlier product did not have the review display option enabled, and the current product also does not have this feature activated. You may refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/ws4h9upopeIN.

Since you are using the Single Product Builder with the Elementor plugin, you have the flexibility to place the widget in any desired location on the product page. Please see the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/6s_ZUVgiV_yn.

After configuring the appropriate settings, the correct content is now displayed on your Single Product page. You can view the result here: https://prnt.sc/NqHeHCrTZevQ.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We kindly recommend that our customers create separate topics for different questions to ensure more efficient support. However, since you have already posted your inquiry here, we would be happy to assist you further.

Could you please provide more details regarding the plugin you are using to modify the checkout fields? Additionally, are you utilizing the XStore Checkout Page Builder?

If so, we suggest testing the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] instead of using our Elementor widgets. This is because custom plugins may not apply their filters correctly to Elementor Checkout page widgets.

Should you require further assistance, please feel free to share your website access credentials in the Private Content area.

we are using elementor version yes it was presetted on demo import, so should we remove de elementor content in checkout and instead put the shortcode in page right? and then should work with checkout editor plugin(we tried with 2 plugins from two developers, one by themehigh, and one by themelocation)

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, you may try adding the default shortcode above the current Checkout page widget and then save the changes. This will allow you to verify whether the fields are displayed correctly according to the configuration set in your checkout editor plugin.

If the issue does not occur when using the default shortcode, you can remove the Checkout Elementor widget and use the default shortcode. Also, please provide us with the name of the plugin you are using. We will be happy to check its compatibility with our Checkout page widgets.

In the meantime, if having the fields sorted correctly on your checkout page is critical, we recommend using the default shortcode as a temporary solution.

    Best regards,

ok so it worked, but we still have a problem, in the analytics sections of woocommerce there is a permanent error: something went wrong, also on plugins we have a notice: Your theme (Yunus Cleverly) – child theme of xstore – contains some copies of outdated WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure they are compatible with the current WooCommerce version. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If there is no update available, contact your theme author and ask about compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you need to copy the new version of the template and apply the changes again.

on woocommerce status we found this:
Versiunea xstore/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php a 9.4.0 este depășită. Versiunea nucleu este 9.9.0,
    xstore/woocommerce/myaccount/dashboard.php,
Versiunea xstore/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php a 9.7.0 este depășită. Versiunea nucleu este 9.9.0,
    xstore/woocommerce/myaccount/navigation.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/product-searchform.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/meta.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/related.php,
Versiunea xstore/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php a 9.6.0 este depășită. Versiunea nucleu este 9.8.0,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/title.php,

    Dear @Marian Tanasie,

Following the clearing of the template file cache, we have not encountered any further issues of this nature.

However, we did identify one remaining issue, which does not appear to be related to our theme. It seems that a plugin installed on your website has overridden some WooCommerce files, which is not a recommended practice. We kindly suggest reaching out to the plugin’s author for further assistance in resolving this matter.

    Best regards,
