    Hello,

I’m using your theme on my website and I’m experiencing a few issues that I’d appreciate your help with:

    1. Shop Page – Only One Product Category Appears
On the Shop page (https://crash-men.gr/shop/), only one product category (“Σετάκια”) appears in the filters/sidebar. However, I have several other main product categories (e.g. Μπλούζες, Παντελόνια, Βερμούδες) with published products, which are not shown.
All products are assigned to parent categories, no subcategories are used.
Can you advise why this might be happening and how to show all categories?

    2. Related Products – How to Customize & Remove Default Settings
In the product detail page, the Related Products section appears with some default style/settings I want to remove or customize.
Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
How can I change the layout, number of items, or completely disable the section if needed?

    3. Breadcrumb Issue – Text Gets Cut Off by White Overlay
In product pages (and others that use WooCommerce breadcrumbs), the last item of the breadcrumb sometimes gets visually cut off or hidden by a white overlay, especially on smaller screens or mobile.
What causes this and how can I fix or remove the white layer that hides part of the text?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

If you continue to experience any issues after performing these steps, please provide temporary wp-admin access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @makeitsimple,

We hope this message finds you well.

To resolve the issue with the breadcrumbs on your website, we have removed the following custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/euIRHQa4aT9c.

Regarding the issue with incorrect product categories being displayed, we have applied the solution provided in the following forum reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/sidebar-is-not-showing-on-shop-page-please-advise/#post-437366. As a result, the current display on your website is as shown here: https://prnt.sc/8zYcpl5tAMhv.

Please note that we do not offer customization services, as this falls outside the scope of our standard support. However, if you wish to modify the content of the related products section on the single product page, you can do so by navigating to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Products Design. These settings apply globally to the related products section.

Alternatively, you may use a different Elementor widget – such as the Products Grid, List, or Carousel widgets – to display related products. By selecting “Related Products” as the data source, these widgets will offer additional customization options specific to the widget you choose.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
