    Hello, @ljimenez,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that the WPForms plugin is fully compatible with the XStore theme.

2/ We kindly request that you conduct a test to evaluate the functionality of the wpforms plugin when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated on your website. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your site’s dashboard.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

Should the issue with the wpforms persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the wpforms plugin support team https://wpforms.com/contact/ -for further investigation.

However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, we suggest that you temporarily deactivate all non-essential third-party plugins on your site. Please ensure that only the Theme Required/Recommended plugins, as listed at https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins -remain active. Following this, please clear your browser cache and re-evaluate the filter’s performance.

It is possible that a conflict with an additional third-party plugin may be causing the issue. If deactivating these plugins resolves the problem, we recommend reactivating them one at a time. This step-by-step approach will help you identify the specific plugin responsible for the disruption. Once identified, we encourage you to contact the plugin’s author directly for further support.

We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter. Should you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
