    Since updating WordPress, mega menu no longer works. I’ve also noticed that there is now a search bar on the side of some of my main pages, but there’s no way to remove it. It is not appearing the widget section. Are there solutions to these issues? Has something changed with the update?

    Hello,

    As I see mega menu is working for Accessories menu. Please check it.
    Please show on which pages you have a search bar.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    It works for all of the categories except “Occassions and Gifts”. That’s the main place I really need it to work. That was the only one I had a mega menu on before the update, but since the update, it won’t work. Even if I change it in the menu settings and save the menu, it won’t change.

    As for search bars, http://sassybiscuit.com/the-story-behind-the-name and http://sassybiscuit.com/company-logos-custom-orders.

    Also, since I updated, I also noticed none of the icons show up anymore. They just appear as boxes. For example, I had a phone and mail icon on my contact page that are now showing as boxes.

    Hello,

    I’ve set Sidebar Position to “Without Sidebar” for both pages http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/17/0117/h_1484669565_5619389_fbb45c98b0.jpeg . Please check them now.

    You set “design” option for “Occassions and Gifts” menu item instead of “Mega menu”:
    http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/17/0117/h_1484669659_4901197_821d86fa8c.jpeg
    Please correct this.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Ok. Thank you. Those pages look good now.

    And right, that’s what I’m saying. Even when I change the menu to “Mega Menu” instead of “design” for “Occasions and Gifts” and click save, the changes don’t apply and it shows it’s set as design again. I’m not sure what’s causing it, especially only on that one section of the navigation menu.

    Hello,

    Please ask your hosting provider support to increase PHP Max Input Vars value to 5000 and after that try to set mega menu option.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Ok. Thank you.

    Lastly, the icons… any solution for those?

    Hello,

    Try to add this code in Custom CSS:

    .page-template-contacts i:before {
        font-family: FontAwesome;
    }

    clear browser cache and check your contact page.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    The problem with icons is related to the plugin “wp-carousel-free”. Try to disable it and check the page after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
