Issues regarding Mobile Shop – load more products on page – mobile version

I am having a issue with the display of the mobile version of xstore. When going to load more, infinite scroll etc, the items are loading at the bottom of the page therefor the customer has to scroll back up to where they started. I need it to start at the beginning of the second or third page so the the customer can view all products.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that we have conducted a thorough review of the pagination types (including ‘Load More’ and ‘Infinite Scroll’) on our test site for mobile compatibility. We are happy to report that everything is functioning as expected.

To provide you with a clear demonstration, we have recorded a video showcasing the performance. You can find this video in the private content area for your reference.

2/ If you are facing issue, Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Let us know which on which mobile device you are facing the issue.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.
