Issues loading media library - by katejones

    Getting an error message when uploading images to media library, and when trying to view media library it is unable to load (never finishes loading).

    Suspected jquery error.

    Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, how can we solve it?

    Hello katejones,

    please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content. In addition please temporary switch to default WordPress theme and check, will this problem appear too?

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    We tried switching to the default wordpress theme, and the the issue was resolved, so we know now that it is the theme causing the problems. What should we do next? We have provided the login details in the private content section.

    Please clear browser cache and check again.
