Hello,

1. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:
```
#etheme-popup {
    height: 500px !important;
}
```
2. As I see slides are shown:

Try to clear browser cache and check again.

3. Add this code in Custom CSS for mobile section:
```
.home .upb_row_bg.vcpb-default {
   background-image: none !important;
}
```

I had 10 people check this on their mobile phones and everyone said that slides #2 and #3 aren’t showing.

Also, the CSS codes didn’t fix the problem on the promo pop up and newsletter.

The promo pop-up works but the slider is not.

I can only see the first slide, it takes up the full homepage, it doesn’t move. I couldn’t see the featured items, I couldn’t even scroll down the page. It’s stuck on the slider.

Is it possible to get a faster response? We’d have to wait a day or so to get issues resolved and we’re getting ready to launch.

1. Problem with the newsletter solved.
2. Problem with the promo pop-up solved.
3. Changed slider size to 400, I can now scroll but now…
a. Featured products not showing
b. Slides 2 and 3 still not showing.

Just checked again and the slides are NOW working.

However, the featured products are still not showing.

And the landscape mobile version is giving some issues:
1. Only a portion of the slides are showing and it’s taking up the whole screen.
2. Not able to scroll.
3. No menu/navigation.

Please update Revolution Slider to the latest version. You can download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Check your site after that.

The mobile version of this theme is very glitchy. Sometimes the slider and the featured products load and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes only one or the other loads.

Can you please check what’s causing this problem?
