    Hello there,

    I’m having several problems with customers who are unable to finalize their purchase. Sometimes because the shipment calculation doesn’t work, or it doesn’t make it possible to click on the button to proceed.

    In addition, I had an affair with a customer who was unable to view her order linked to her login, after making the purchase.

    What can be done? If I send you the login and password on the private message can you take a look please?

    I don’t see mentioned errors on your checkout page. Are you able to reproduce them by yourself? Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue for a better understanding of your actions?
