Issue with XStore Header Builder not saving changes when PRO Elements is active

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the XStore Header Builder. When the PRO Elements plugin is active, any changes I make in the XStore Header Builder do not save. The only way it works is if I completely deactivate the PRO Elements plugin.

However, when I deactivate PRO Elements, the header disappears completely and the header area becomes empty, forcing me to rebuild it from scratch with the XStore Header Builder.

It seems there is a conflict between XStore Header Builder and PRO Elements. Could you please advise on how to solve this conflict, or if there is a recommended workaround?

Upon reviewing the issue, we noticed that the Elementor Kit file may have been removed, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/v7w_OgQwLj3B. As a result, you could not be able to edit the header and other template sections. We recreated the file now.

For further guidance, we recommend referring to Elementor’s official documentation on importing kits: https://elementor.com/help/import-kit/.

Kindly ensure that the following file is not removed in the future, as it is essential for proper functionality: https://prnt.sc/tHZlf5HmIvib.

Hello 8Theme Support,

Thank you for your previous assistance. Unfortunately, the issue still remains. I am unable to make any changes using the XStore Header Builder.

When I edit the header in XStore Header Builder and click Publish, no changes appear on the frontend.

The header can only be edited if I use Elementor, but not with the XStore Header Builder.

I will attach a screenshot to show that saving changes in the Header Builder does not apply anything on the website.

Could you please check this again and advise how to solve it?
