    Hello,

I have installed the XStore theme and tried to import the Dark Furniture demo. The import process completes successfully (I get the confirmation screen “Congratulations, your new website is ready”), all required plugins are activated (XStore Core, Elementor, WooCommerce, etc.), and server limits have been increased according to your documentation (PHP 7.4.33, memory_limit 512M, max_execution_time 300, max_input_vars 3000).

However, after the import, the frontend only shows a blank/black page. No content from the demo appears. I have tried:

    Increasing PHP limits as required.

Reinstalling WordPress, reinstalling XStore, and re-importing the demo multiple times.

Checking that all required plugins are active.

But the problem persists. Could you please check what might be causing the issue and provide me with guidance to resolve it?

After further testing, I noticed that when I deactivate Elementor, the website starts displaying content (products and other elements). However, since the XStore theme demo (Dark Furniture) is based on Elementor, I need it active.

This makes me think the issue might be caused by Elementor itself, or a conflict between Elementor and the theme/plugins.

Could you please check compatibility between the latest XStore version and Elementor, and let me know if I should roll back to a specific Elementor version or apply a particular fix?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello @Raptor7,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly ask for your permission to delete the current content on your website in order to attempt a fresh import of the demo content from scratch. At the moment, we are unable to identify the root cause of the issue, and we believe that reviewing the import process may help us better understand and resolve the problem.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for escalating my request. I’d like to add one important detail that I noticed while troubleshooting:

When I deactivate Elementor, some elements of the site become visible on the frontend.

However, when I activate Elementor again, the entire frontend goes blank (no content is displayed).

Currently, only Elementor, WooCommerce, and XStore Core are active. No Pro or third-party Elementor forks/add-ons are enabled. I also regenerated CSS/Data and flushed permalinks, but the issue remains.

This makes me think the problem is directly related to the compatibility between XStore and Elementor.

Could you please advise if there is a known conflict with the latest Elementor version, or if I should use a specific version that is stable with the “Dark Furniture” demo?

Hello, Raptor, and thank you for providing access.

We have successfully installed the demo for you. However, please note that since you had previously uploaded images, there may be instances where the image IDs coincide with those used in the demo content. As a result, some of your existing images—such as your logo—might be replaced in areas where these ID conflicts occur.

Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

Hello, and thank you for resolving the demo installation. Everything loads now.

To avoid running into the same issue again, could you please clarify:

Which plugin caused the conflict with Elementor/XStore? Was it “Pro Elements” or another plugin?

Which plugins are safe to activate again (WooCommerce, SEO, cache, etc.) without breaking the site?

Should I permanently remove any of the previously installed plugins to prevent future conflicts?

I’d like to make sure I activate only the essential plugins that are 100% compatible with XStore and Elementor.

Thank you again for your assistance.

    Best regards,

I have noticed that some icons are missing on the frontend:

    The cart icon

    The wishlist (favorites) icon

The social media icons in the header/footer

Could you please check why these icons are not displaying and advise how to restore them?
