Issue with WPBakery and Xstore core plugin

Hi there,

On our website landing page we are trying to add product list, however, the product widget settings are not clickable. Screenshot:://paunasoaps.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/error.jpg

Hi,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XSote https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
Do you have the same problem when the parent theme is activated?
If the problem is independent of 3rd party plugins and changes in the child theme, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

The problem is not confined to any 3rd party plugins and it is also present when the parent theme is activated. FTPs provided.

Hello,

I have disabled and then re-enabled the All In One WP Security plugin and everything works. Try now.
