I am trying to use xstore theme but with the previous overall look, I want to use wpBakery becuase honestly elementor is awful and I used it on last xstore build and it took me twice as long to work with. That being said I installed the the xstore theme and I do not have working wpbakery pages, but I understand I have to implement it differently because normally I import a demo and edit it out to use the theme. But in this case i did not import demo. I am also having issues viewing the patcher and the plugins and the import demo areas of the xstore control panel, they are not showing image thumbs of the plugin nor the themes. WP bakery is not working, I have it set to the child theme just to note. I just dont want all the bloat of the demo install, and I want my own pages but I change direction if needed. I have no header navigation at all currently just a home page with some some elements from old page, revslider and a ig feed, a few products but i can only edit it with text editor currently… I am also having an issue with the adding you as an admin for some reason.

    Hello, Nebcreative,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We’ve checked plugins and patcher on your site – https://prnt.sc/N6rnXOCq3G5p https://prnt.sc/30YcXO1-CT4L and we do not see problems.

We’ve tried to edit the Home page using the backend WPBakery editor and it seems to work fine – https://prnt.sc/Bddz6rjQTeq5
Please clear the cache and check one more time.

Describe in more detail what exactly xstore functions do not work.

You are using a lot of 3rd-party plugins, please test the functionality when plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme, are disabled.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

ok thank you for checking it out, it was actually a add on plugin for wp bakery causing all the issue, it was part of the old theme for the site. I have a header question but i will create a new topic. Thank you
