    Hello there, I have some issues with woocommerce:

    1. In product page http://curious-coffee.com/?page_id=76 the product image is not shown. Usually the image will be shown after it has set in Featured Image tab.

    2. When it comes to checkout, payment cannot be done. It is said
    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” I dont know what is going wrong with this statement.

    Can you please help me with these two issues?

    Hello, I just tried to update theme Royal into the 2.3 Version. The image in Product page now already displayed.

    But, the payment issue when it comes to checkout still exist. Every time I try to do the checkout, the statement “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” always showed up.

    And, the cart tab in the menu bar seems look different than usual, and not in proper size.

    Can you please help me with these issues?

    Hello, I have figured out with the payment issue. I think there is only on problem exist. The cart icon in Menu bar that does not working properly.

    The credentials will be in private content.

    The cart icon is displayed.
    But, when I want to add product to the cart.
    The cart icon is not showing anything.
    Usually it shows the total amount of payment.

    And the size of the cart icon seems not as same as search icon.

    To make icons sizes similar use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:

    .header-vertical-enable .page-wrapper .header-type-vertical .header-search a .fa-search {
      font-size: 19px;
    }

    The cart is not showing the total amount of products that I added.

    The problem is now fixed.
    I have one more question
    In the future, new version of woocommerce, and Royal theme will be released.
    Is it okay if I don’t update the woocommerce version and Royal theme version?
    I want to make it always in this version.

    Hello victorgunawan,

    you are right. You do not need to update your theme, WordPress or plugins if site is working correct.
    There can be few exceptions, like security updates but in general you may not update.
