Issue with WooCommerce Smart Coupons - by The Watch Strap Co.

    We’ve installed the official Smart Coupons Extension by WooCommerce, however, seem to be having a problem with this.

    We’ve disabled Ajax, so, the gift card adds to the basket, however, it shows as value 0, no matter what we add to it.

    Are missing another setting do you know?

    It seems to be work perfectly fine on standard theme

    Hello,

    Provide us with URL and temporary access, to your site.
    Also, we need screenshots of how the plugin works when a default WC theme (Storefront) is enabled on your site, for better understanding the correct functionality.
    Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

    Thanks… so, I will link the product page for you and this should show you how the functionality works. Basically the only difference is that when you add it to the cart with XStore it says ‘0’ as the cost, whereas if you don’t have XStore enabled it will show you the price entered.

    If you need to access the site via FTP your developers had problems with this in the past, so, feel free to install WP File Manager in the backend 🙂

    “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple Products” option should be disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.

    Yes, that is what we had disabled already,

    However, it seems that your team has come in and fixed the problem, thank you very much for making those changes.

    Would we be okay to update the theme down the line? Or, will those edits they made go away?
