Issue with Woocommerce Product Add-Ons on cart or checkout

Hello we bought and installed the Woocommerce Extension “Product Addon”.

The addons entered for each product are also displayed in the shop (single product page) for simple and variable products.

However, the option selected on the single product page is only transferred to the shopping cart or checkout for variable products.

For simple products, the values that the customer has selected, e.g.: select gift packaging, are not transferred to the shopping cart or checkout.

The plugin manufacturer “Woocommerce” https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/?quid=da06b6c491d3d758f14120308ea2eae6 sees the error with you. So we should get in touch with you.

Please provide FTP access also.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
