Issue with translation of Mobile Panel –

Hello,
I have re-install and make a big update of my site and I’m not able to translate correctly the Mobile Panel.

Primary language of the site is French. So I did input directly in french the text: Xstore settings>Mobile Panel>Sections>Custom Text
French live site is OK

Now I want to translate (WPML) this mobile Panel in English (Secondary language). I add string to translate menu WPML>Strings Translation>Translate admin screen (at the bottom).
Then I translated all strings for Mobile Panel however it doesn’t translate in in ENGLISH live site?

After browsing all topics about this I found that it seems to be a recurrent issue and it seems that you have to intervene yourself. So can you fix that please for my site? (please see private content area for texts to translate).
And for the future will we be able to translate this without having to ask you each time?

We can’t login, please check credentials.
Also, provide temporary FTP access, please. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Yes you are right pass has been reseted. I have updated credential private content area.
So you could access now.

Please check. Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
What port can we use?
