Issue with the XStore theme and WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin.

Hi Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the XStore theme in combination with the WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin.

The plugin doesn’t seem to work properly with XStore. I’ve tested it with several other free themes where it functions as expected, but unfortunately, not with XStore.

Specifically, the price based on the user’s custom measurements isn’t displaying correctly — unlike in the other themes. Please see the attached screenshots for reference.

Could you help identify what might be causing this issue? I’d really appreciate your support in resolving it.

We have noticed that you are currently using the Single Product Builder provided by the Customizer. Please note that some third-party plugins may not function as expected in this environment. This is because such plugins often rely on the “woocommerce_single_product_summary” action, which is present in the default WooCommerce templates but not in our custom Single Product Builder due to its unique element structure.

For testing purposes, we kindly suggest temporarily disabling the Single Product Builder via Theme Options to determine whether the plugin functionality is restored under the default template structure.

If you would like us to further investigate the compatibility between our Single Product Builder and the plugin in question, we would be happy to assist. To proceed, we kindly ask that you provide temporary FTP access so our development team can review the issue in detail.

To grant FTP access, please provide the following information:

– FTP Host
– FTP Username
– FTP Password
– FTP Port
– FTP Encryption Type

If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, we recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

Thanks for your response.

Just to clarify — I had already tested with the Single Product Builder disabled before creating this topic, and unfortunately, the result was the same: the price based on the user’s custom measurements still wasn’t displaying correctly. I’ve disabled it again now, so you can check and see the issue firsthand.

Do you have any other suggestions on what might be causing this? I’d really appreciate any further insight you can offer.

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have disabled the Sticky Cart feature on your Single Product page. Following this adjustment, the calculation appears to be functioning correctly. You may view the result here: https://gyazo.com/ede70c08ee7c7613fe2d098a87b0589e.

The issue was caused by a conflict between the add-to-cart form and the Sticky Cart section. Since the same action was being triggered in both areas, the scripts from your plugin were unable to calculate properly, as they are designed to execute only once.

Could you please review the changes on your end and confirm if everything is now working as expected?

I actually came across the same issue just a few minutes before your reply.

I won’t miss the sticky cart too much, so I’ll proceed without it for now. Looking forward to having the Single Page Builder back and working as expected.
