Issue with static block/dropdown menu Item

Hi,

I was trying to edit my menu. I need to add two dropdowns I prepared my static block and now I can’t add it to the menu. I am not sure what element should I choose as 8theme options are not here. Please advice.

Hello,

WPisy type comes from an additional plugin? “Fitness” menu item has this type? Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Try to use Custom link https://prnt.sc/26uxu2w to add the “Fitness” into the menu, then our options will be available.

Hi,
The problem is that it is already set up as Custom link. It worked before and now *theme options do not load. I gave you admin access if you want to look at it.

Little update – take a look at the screencast. *theme in fact are there but text/label is not visible.

Hello,

We can’t check your video – https://prnt.sc/26uzmp0 , upload it here – https://dropmefiles.com/ and provide us with URL.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear all cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
