Issue with single product builder - by Divites

Hi,
When using the single product builder the website is narrowing. Please see https://prnt.sc/ulmaau. It is a boxed version instead of the full width website it was. What is going wrong here?
Really hope you can help us out.

Hello,

Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

We have enabled the debug modus, but cannot see any error. Please find the login credentials.

Thanks for the reply.
Please provide FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port.

Hi,

The problem was caused by your changes in child theme – http://prntscr.com/umyp7q We’ve renamed “single-product” folder in your child theme and all works fine. Please check.
