Issue with Sidemenu – Unable to change Navigation Label

I have a side menu and I added a contact-us page menu and tried to rename it as “shop locations” however it always changes back by itself and “pending”, not sure why is this?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
