If the problem persists, kindly deactivate all third-party plugins to ensure that the issue is not caused by one of them.
Once you have completed these steps, please let us know the results.

I have tried to upgrade and tested everything, it still exist, and only if I click this category, the rest of the categories are ok, please check if it is because this category I had different template?
Dear @kmc,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have noticed that the /product-category/ slug has been removed from the WooCommerce product category URLs on your website.
Could you kindly revert this change and restore the default slug? Once done, please check the functionality again.
Please note that the AJAX filter widget relies on the default product category slug to function correctly, and it may not work as expected without it.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

Hi, I don’t think the category slug is an issue, because if I click other categories from the side menu, they all work ok. ONLY the first one doesn’t work.
Also if I click all the categories from the main menu, there is also no issue.
Dear @kmc,
We kindly ask you to try the solution we suggested and let us know if it resolves the issue.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
We already tried but still not working (only for this category), the rest of the categories are ok.
So we don’t think the slug is the issue, if the slug is the issue, the other categories should have not been working.

I think this is not a problem of sidebar but the archive template I have.
I just create another 2 categories , all these categories having the same issue (the rest of the categories no issue).
The common reason is because these 3 categories’ archive page I used a different template where the banner used 【description】from category settings (which is a static block)and the text from 【category 2nd description】
Only these 3 categories having the issue of no responses when I click on the sidebar.
Please investigate
Dear @kmc,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, that could indeed be the reason.
Could you kindly clarify why the category templates appear to be different?
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Because we need to display different banners for these 3 categories, you can check the template
Dear @kmc,

To help prevent potential errors, we kindly recommend using a single Product Archive template builder for all shop and category pages. This approach ensures consistency and reduces the likelihood of conflicts.
Within this unified template, you can include two separate containers—one designated for the shop page and another for category pages. You may then apply the following custom CSS to control the visibility of each container based on the page being viewed:
body.tax-product_cat .banner_for_shop {
display: none !important;
}
body.woocommerce-shop .banner_for_categories {
display: none !important;
}
Additionally, please note that we utilize AJAX-based product filtering. As a result, only the product list on the right-hand side is reloaded during filtering. Using a single Product Archive template builder is therefore an effective and compatible solution.

I already changed all product archives into one template, however, when I click the sidebar for those categories with a different banner, the banner cannot appear.

Thanks, it works now, however I see that you just disabled Ajax filtering and loading?
Dear @kmc,
We would like to inform you that the scroll-to-top functionality has been disabled following the use of AJAX filters.
