In the short description we set it out so that it has paragraphs for the ‘listing grid’ view on the main product page.

So i use the ‘text’ tab to lay out the page using <p> & </p> to state where my paragraphs are to be. The issue i have is if im using visual composer for the ‘product description’ i loose the paragraphs on the short description and all the text goes into one solid block. the image shows you whats happening – image

    hello,

if you are so kind to look at this page http://shop.optimumbrasses.co.uk/product-category/miscellaneous/escutcheons-key-hole/

you will see that there is an issue.

Unless i keep changing the format to ‘text’ and put <p> and </p> i do not get the divide. if i happen to use visual composer for the description then the format will always revert back to ‘visual’ and so i loose the <p> & </p> if you look at the images –

    Hello,

I’ve added <br> tag to short description content for the product “Pressed Oval Escutcheon – C70”.
    Please check now.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

thanks, it works BUT if the view changes from text to visual it looses the tag, then if you turn back to text you have to put them back in.

Maybe its a woocommerce or wordpress issue? Its very frustrating.

    Thank you for trying tho

    Hello,

Please try to check it with default WordPress theme.
Does the issue persist there too?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
