    Dear Team,

First of all, I want to sincerely thank you for your continuous help and support. You are such a good and professional team — always kind, respectful, and quick to respond. I truly appreciate the way you have helped me in resolving my previous issues. I’m very happy with your services and the way you always reply instantly whenever I email you. Please accept my heartfelt appreciation for your consistent and dedicated work.

Now, I would like to share one more issue I’m currently facing. I have added one of your sample products on my website using your template and replaced it with my own product. However, the previous sample image (the audio device picture) is still appearing, even after I uploaded my new image.

When I go to edit the product, it only shows my new picture, not the old one, but the old sample image still appears on the live website. Could you please check why the previous image is not being deleted or replaced properly?

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Thank you once again for your great support.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your kind words and appreciation. We are truly grateful for your continued trust in our services.

Regarding the issue you mentioned, it seems that the old sample image might be cached either by your browser or by your website’s cache system. We kindly ask you to try the following steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
    2. If you are using a caching plugin on your website, please clear the site cache as well.

If the issue persists after performing these steps, please provide us with the URL and temporary admin access, so we can investigate the problem directly and ensure the image is properly replaced.

Thank you once again for your cooperation and for being such a valued customer.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
