    Hello,
sometime we have an issue with legenda responsive layout and menu (afetr update 2.9.2 version) on all browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome ecc.).
The page width is irregular and it is different from page to page, so in some of them the primary menu is divided in two lines.
In private content I send you the login credentials.

    Thank you,

    Faf

    Hello,

As I see your footer is shown properly:
    http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/15/1202/h_1449049972_7781576_dc517b19c3.png

I don’t see any issues with menu:

Try to clear browser cache or check in other browsers.

    Hello,

We checked your site and don’t see any problems. Very likely responsive was disabled (Theme Options > Responsive > Enable Responsive Design > Off) when you made screenshots. When you disable responsive then main container width is 940px and there is no place for all the menu items.

    Hi Sandra,
yes this seems the issue. But I am sure that the responsive option is on: I have checked it.
If you want to check the responsive option, you can see it in the beckend panel (or simply by varying the size of your browser window).

Anyway in this screenshot the white text (under I TESORI DELLA MUSICA ANTICA) is not in the center, and the written out of the right side…

while the rest of the elements of the page is centered (please look at the icons below the image).

Also, when I am logged in my account, if I resize the browser window the responsive layout doesn’t work properly.

    Thank you in advance.

I believe that the message the mobile version: enabled
it should not appear when you visit the site from a desktop device…

it would seem that Legenda theme does not recognize devices.

So now I have deleted the cache also in the dashboard admin panel of plugin W3 Total Cache: fortunately now slides work.

I will check in the next few hours if the problems are solved or recur.

    Hi,

I’m very sorry, but we have still the same issue.
Unfortunately it is irregular misbehaving… in sometime it is in “home page”, and after it is in “contact us”… It’s very difficult to explain it.
I tryed to select a different setting of plug-in W3 total cache:

    – Minify on/off
    – objects cache on/off

For a little time it is all ok, but after some hour we have the same problem. Sometime seems that responsive otpion doesn’t recognize the size of the screen.

When I’m logged i see the issue on main menu.

    Hello Eva,

    I found the solution.
I have rebuilt main menu utilizing “Main Navigation” instead of “mainmenu”.
    Now it works fine.

    Thanks anyway
